Went out of his way to find the exact car that we wanted. What impressed us the most was that he actually was able to demonstrate to us, every aspect of the car. He was the only salesperson anywhere we went that was able to do that. I think that was the selling point for us. It was nice to know that the person we were going to buy the car from, actually knew the car, and all it's aspects of operation. Any of the other employees that we met or dealt with were equally as nice, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, their names slip my mind, but all impressed us. I was very impressed that your service manager is a female. That says a lot about the confidence you put in your employees. Gary Sanford is an asset to Ron Bouchard's and we hope that you realize that. Should we need another car at some point (I traditionally keep my cars at least 10 years), we will definitely come to you first and ask for Gary.
