Saw a vehicle on line that I was interested in. Went to the dealership, met Gary and he showed me the auto. Informed I was just doing research. Came back 2 days later and took a test drive. After the test the dealership, met Gary and he showed me the auto. Informed I was just doing research. Came back 2 days later and took a test drive. After the test drive, was curious about anther car. Gary allowed us to test drive by ourselves. After deciding to purchase, Mark worked hard to provide me with financing I could work with. Upon purchasing the car, I was given a full tank of gas and 2 years of oil chnges. I had to return for the state inspection but but there was a delay. Long story short, Next time I went there, they gave me another full tank of gas. And are going to install an option we all thought was included and at no cost. All in all a good experience. No presure, no hassel. Very statisfied. More

Below, you will find the reason why I will probably Here's the letter I wrote to the dealership: I have not bought an American car in over 20 years. Below, you will find the reason why I will probably never buy one again, especially a Dodge. When I bought the 2010 Dodge Ram Sport, it had a windshield leak and flat spots on 2 tires. The vehicle was a demo with 1900 miles. It was bought from Palmer Dodge in GA. The windshield leaked on the first wash and there was vibration at highway speeds. I live in MA so I brought it to Ron Bouchard’s Dodge in Fitchburg, MA to fix those 2 issues. I was told the vibration was from “flat-spots” on the tires and the leak was coming from a factory roof weld. The vehicle was sent to a body shop for repair. It was repaired with epoxy, which I’m not sure is the right procedure for this type of problem. I got the truck back approximately 1 ½ weeks later; It was filthy, with dried bondo dust all over it, hand prints on the A/B pillars and headliner, and footprints in places that they did not belong. I left the dealership and went straight to a car-wash. After the car-wash, I inspected the vehicle further. I was shocked to find BOTH wheels that were worked on were dented and scratched, and the vehicle still vibrated at highway speeds. The A and B pillars both had gouges in them from the screwdriver used to remove the tabs. In addition the plastic bed rail was cracked. I immediately brought it back to the dealer, where they apologized and stated that they would fix everything. They replaced the wheels with ones from a new truck on the lot, and ordered the rest of the parts. The day after, I opened the rear window. When I was set to close it, I pressed the button and the buttons fell into the headliner. Obviously, whoever pulled the headliner to find the leak, damaged it, and put it back anyway. No one took responsibility for any of the damage; they just replaced the parts and hoped I wouldn’t notice. I went to the dealer again, so that the service manager could see the buttons that fell in. She stated she would order the part, and when all parts were in, she’d call me. She did so a few days later. She told me I could bring it in on Saturday at 9 a.m. and that it would take less than an hour. On Saturday, I dropped off the truck at exactly 9 a.m. as told. The staff person that originally helped me stated that he’d get it in right away, and have it ready as soon as possible. I left with my fiancée. Two hours later I was dropped off at the dealer. When I asked about my truck they stated that they hadn’t even started working on it yet. I waited over an an hour in the waiting room. When the truck was ready, a staff member told me that the bezel that was broken was replaced, but that the part did not match the original part. Again, being as patient as I could be, I agreed to wait over the weekend to see if they could locate the part on Monday. When I arrived home, I took a closer look at the part and discovered that the technician pinched the headliner, causing it to wrinkle. I was forced to drive back to the dealership, since the headliner wrinkle would stay that way unless fixed immediately. When I arrived, I informed the staff person that I was not willing to come back again, since this was the 6th time I was there to repair damage done by their technicians. I insisted that they pull the correct part off another vehicle, as they did with the wheels they damaged. They refused. I informed them I would be filing a complaint with Dodge since they continuously inconvenienced me, lied to me, and damaged my vehicle every single time it was brought to them and they were not willing to fix it right away. I dropped my 2007 Dodge ram 1500 off to have an oil change, inspection sticker, tire fixed and leaking back window and blown speakers fixed. They called and said they couldnt pass the truck due to bad change, inspection sticker, tire fixed and leaking back window and blown speakers fixed. They called and said they couldnt pass the truck due to bad tie rod ends and struts. That was fine so i set an appointment for a week later so the could fix all the problems. First they gave me a hassle about the tire. I purchased the tire warranty when i bought the truck, in order to use it i had to drive 1/2 hour home and get my copy of the tire warranty for them to belive me. The should have looked it up in their records so i didnt have to drive home to get it. Second they said that the window leaking is not covered under warranty, when i know that my truck is NOT the only one with this problem. Third when i dropped my turck off this morning (a week later) they dont have my parts in. They didnt call to tell me that, i showed up for them to tell me. They could do the speakers today but nothing else. So i was ok with that but i needed a loaner vehicle to get back and forth to work since there is no e.t.a. for my parts, i cant drive around with a bad sticker. They refused to give me one "they dont have one available" I signed up for the buisness owner program which gaurentees you a loaner, well i dont have one & now will miss work untill my parts come in which could take forvever. The struts are in "national demand" because there is so many problems with them, um can you say RECALL then!!! If i was driving some old piece of crap truck i could understand these problems, but the turck is a year old with 20000 miles on it! Her expliantion for my front end being bad was "new england roads a horrible" xxx??? Its a truck. Anyway, if you deide to go to Ron Bouchards to purchase a vechicle, i highly reccomend CURTIS for sales at dodge, he was great, But have your service done SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! They are NOT helpfull and dont have a clue whats going on!!!! More
I went in for an oil change and tire rotation on my new truck that has only 5000 miles on it, it is still under warrnety and has oil changes included for the first 5 of them. It too so long to convince the truck that has only 5000 miles on it, it is still under warrnety and has oil changes included for the first 5 of them. It too so long to convince them it was in the package when i bought the truck.I ended up with an oil change only because it took so long to conferm that i did not pay for an oil change. It was not worth my time to go there at all. The place was cold and everyone seemed frustrated with each other. It was not a good experience at all. More
