not happy I was never given a price on new windshield wipers. If I has known they were $29 + per wiper = $60 I would have declined. Oil change with appointment took one hour and forty five minutes. they did not update the sticker in the window, which makes me wonder what else was missed. Cameron was the service person. I have purchased 2 cars from this dealership... not sure I will ever come back. More

Efficient and friendly service! On 10/3/19 I experienced a problem with my 2016 Buick Enclave, purchased new at Anderson. I had it serviced, some valve in the fuel injection system On 10/3/19 I experienced a problem with my 2016 Buick Enclave, purchased new at Anderson. I had it serviced, some valve in the fuel injection system was the problem. They fixed it, I paid over $400. After getting this service I received a notice from Buick reporting the same problem in the 2016 Enclave and the notice informed me I may be entitled to reimbursement for the 10/3 service. I went to the dealer on 10/21, Buick letter in hand, and Anderson staff were happy to process my claim; I'm happy. I am always treated professionally at this dealership and I'm pleased to deal there. More
