This was not the first time that Josh has shown that he is truly an outstanding individual who really cares about his customers. I have been coming to Ron Anderson for several years to have my vehicle serviced, and that is due to Josh and the trust I have in him to see that things are done right. I must also mention Shop Manager Steve, who gave me a ride home , when my vehicle was determined not safe to drive---it was after the Service Department had closed---so he did it on his own time. Terrible customer service, bad work and they lie It took 3 visits to finally get my Chevy Equinox fixed. Twice they gave me a "free" rental car because, overall, I spent $2654 with them. On the third It took 3 visits to finally get my Chevy Equinox fixed. Twice they gave me a "free" rental car because, overall, I spent $2654 with them. On the third try, I looked closely at the bill and saw that they charge me $60 for the rental car. When I questioned the inept service employee, he stuttered and said that they took the $60 off of the original estimate. Liar. Right there, in print, it shows that they add it to the bill. On the third try, they said that the cost would be $700. It was $840. Josh said that he gave the new estimate to my boyfriend, who approved it. That never happened. I spoke to Dave, the service manager, because I got nowhere with Josh, and he acted completely exasperated with me. He was short with me and rude. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM AGAIN. They are incompetent, rude and they down right lied to my face. More
Do NOT go to this place! I have a 2006 Chevy Cobalt that has had serious problems with the front headlights clouding with moisture and deteriorating the bulbs. It is obviously a faulty design in the car, a has had serious problems with the front headlights clouding with moisture and deteriorating the bulbs. It is obviously a faulty design in the car, and we even had the drivers side headlight replaced while the car was still under warranty at this dealership because of this problem, but they obviously did not take the faulty design into account to replace the other headlight during that time because it "was working fine". Sure enough, the passenger side headlight started having troubles soon after. But now, Ron Anderson refuses to replace the other headlight because the car is no longer "under warranty", although it is obviously a faulty design. Ron Anderson refuses to take care of the problem and is going to charge hundreds of dollars to repair this factory problem. Not only that, they were very rude to me on the phone while I protested this issue, and even hung up on me! I repeat, DO NOT go to this place for service, especially if you are hoping to be helped! I will definitely not be working with them, nor even buying a Chevrolet, ever again. More
