This was not the first time that Josh has shown that he is truly an outstanding individual who really cares about his customers. I have been coming to Ron Anderson for several years to have my vehicle serviced, and that is due to Josh and the trust I have in him to see that things are done right. I must also mention Shop Manager Steve, who gave me a ride home , when my vehicle was determined not safe to drive---it was after the Service Department had closed---so he did it on his own time.
