SERVICE VISIT

My overall customer service experiences between the two departments were night and day. My experience with Sales was exceptional. Whereas service center experience was well below satisfactory borderline terrible with multiple messages containing questions about repairs, rental procurement process through warranty and multiple requests for the reservation info going unanswered. Add that to the zero calls I received about updates or to provide requested information. This lack of communication resulted outgoing calls numbered in the double digits with only three answered, and ultimately led to me having to take off work early in order to stop by and get answers face to face, .
