problem When I got there, with an appointment, I was told it would take about an hour. After almost an hour and a half, I called & he said someone would be right over. After 15 more minutes, no one had come and a friend offered me a ride. As I was getting in the car, John called & said the person would come soon & call me when he got there. I told him I had a ride, so tell them not to come. When I got to dealership, my car was outside & John said it had been done for a long time. I was not happy, as I had houseguest coming that day & had expressed my desire to get in and out. Half hour later, almost home. person called to tell me they were at Walmart looking for me. Simply put, John dropped the ball. I have always had good service in the past. Would not let me submit without saying yes or no - I would recommend with this feedback. More

90K service No real issues other than the length of time you all had my truck. Dropped it off Monday night for a Tuesday morning check in, was finished Wednesday No real issues other than the length of time you all had my truck. Dropped it off Monday night for a Tuesday morning check in, was finished Wednesday afternoon at 3pm. Seemed a little unreasonable considering that my last major service completed at the dealership in Pa. took 6 hours. In fairness you guys also did a recall and 4 wheel alignment. It would have been nice to know upfront that you might need it for a second day. More

My truck has high speed vibration since new. I have taken truck 5 times with no results I had tires balanced at another tire store and vibration was still there. I am a machinist. I jacked truck I have taken truck 5 times with no results I had tires balanced at another tire store and vibration was still there. I am a machinist. I jacked truck up and found 1 wheel was out of round .022 thousands of an inch. I put spare tire on truck, no vibration. Took truck back to Anderson and told them what I found. They put same bad wheel back on truck and said it was fixed. It was NOT. I bought tires and wheels from a 2018 Chey truck and now no vibration. When I returned service manager told me I had to put original wheels and tires back on it and I had to prove to GM the wheel was bad. I already proved wheel is bad. The spare and new wheels and tires both ways stopped vibration. Gm owes me a wheel. I will not be satisfied until I get one that is not flawed. More
