I gave Thomas Toyota the highest possible score because I have purchased several cars in my life, but this is one purchasing experience I am 100%, no 1000% happy with!! I received outstanding service from all the employees at Thomas Motors. Jim was able to get me a great rate and easily made adjustments to the papers when I revised my down payment. Pathetic service, I was out looking a used Toyota Highlander, got a welcome handshake, after then it was all crap, during the test drive, never explained what the vehicle is features/model/ rather i Highlander, got a welcome handshake, after then it was all crap, during the test drive, never explained what the vehicle is features/model/ rather i was selling the car to them. After that was the negotiation fun, low balling my trade in, to running back to manager to reduce used car price by $150, all this with other sales guys giving their 2 cents across the table, that we are getting a great deal, couple of sale guys hand farting! ridiculous, unprofessional, bunch of jokers, and then hiding my car keys and making a joke out it. I am surprised how so many people have put great reviews on this site, i am sure this is rigged. SAVE YOURSELVES TIME AND ENERGY - THERE ARE OTHER EXCELLENT DEALERS OUT THERE. More

This dealership is awesome. Robert and Nate were focused on us and what we wanted not what they wanted to sell. They worked hard to show us options in our price range. The price was in every day talking not on us and what we wanted not what they wanted to sell. They worked hard to show us options in our price range. The price was in every day talking not your usual " Well my sales manager can't do that." The entire process was fast and easy, yet in depth and focused on details that mattered to us. The customer service went over the top when Jim in F & I offered us GAP ect., he explained the importance to us but never pushed. He was personable, honest, and knew what he was doing to make it easy to understand. I would say 100% YES you should buy from Thomas. More

i went in THOMAS MOTORS OF JOLIET on sept 18,2012,met salesman SAMMY SCOTT(very friendly and extremely helpfull)and financial manager JIM KNIZEK(i nick name him superman) I must say after this being our salesman SAMMY SCOTT(very friendly and extremely helpfull)and financial manager JIM KNIZEK(i nick name him superman) I must say after this being our 5th new car purchase,thomas motors has to be the best place in the joliet.il. area to buy a new or used vehicle. we went in with so so credit(thanks to oue lovely economic situation in the world right now)and Jim Knizek must be double jointed ,because he bent over backwards to get us in our new 2012 SCION IQ.And i must say ...I LOVE IT.... All of the criteria above WOULD have been great until today. I had been working with Marco on an internet deal about a 2011 Camry SE that was in my price range. Emails had been sent back and forth and today. I had been working with Marco on an internet deal about a 2011 Camry SE that was in my price range. Emails had been sent back and forth and I let him know this morning that I was making a 3 hour drive from Springfield, IL to test drive the car. Marco was not in so I spoke with Lance who informed me that yes, the vehicle was still there and took my cell phone number to call me if it happened to sell. That was at 9:50 am. I get to Joliet at 1:15 pm and was told the car sold "an hour ago" NO call from Lance or Marco letting me know. Marco informed me he took the morning off to run errands or this never would have happened. So this whole day was a waste. I took a vacation day, my husband left work at 9 am, 3 hour drive and $100 in gas later I walk away with nothing but a bad taste in my mouth with this dealership. I'm sure this won't get posted but I hope somebody reads it and does something about these shady internet deals. More
