My visit today was good until I noticed on top of my car the old cabin air filter was left there and inside I noticed a plastic cover on the floor. After searching around I discovered that it was the cabin the old cabin air filter was left there and inside I noticed a plastic cover on the floor. I would like to comment on my experience purchasing new car at Toyota of Romeoville. I do not often write reviews or answer emails but I will make exception in this case. It is a rare occurrence in our family to buy a new car and after 12 years of driving Camry we are happy we finally switched to Cross. 12 years is a lifetime in car technologies and sales process. My experience with Salesman Kamil at Romeoville Toyota is as follows ; Kamil was very professional, polite, and made me and my wife feel welcome and important but there is more to this story worth to point out. Do to difficult allocation and distribution of vehicles currently on the market we had a problem to land on the vehicle we originally thought we wanted and found online scheduled for delivery to Romeoville Toyota. Kamil and Kim overcame our apprehension and helped us to get different car and we were even more satisfy with the purchase over what we originally thought we wanted. I do not know how better I can complement your employees Kamil and Kim if not pointing out that at 9:00 am my wife was ready to leave to see her options in another dealership (Oak lawn Toyota) and driving off in new car at 2:30 pm with Kim and Kamil as new friends. I do hope your store management will find time to notice this email and recognize this two employees as great representatives of your dealership.I really mean it. During five hours spend in your dealership me and my wife were often frustrated angry and suspicious. We started thinking about postponing the processes and look at Hondas or Hyundays.Our problems were not with your employees but Toyota vehicle allocations. Kamil and Kim never ,even once, lost their professional demeanor or patience with me or my wife venting our complaints about the shortage situation. They looked for solutions and tried to realistically point us to resolutions that made us choose something different but still keep us happy. For five hours. That's great skill. I do not know if I could be as accommodating to clients as Kamil and Kim were with us. We will definitely recommend both of them to friends and family and by extension Romeoville Toyota. Delivery was professional and Kamil spend a lot of time with my wife Renata to get her familiar with all the new safety and convenience technologies she was not familiar with. Before we left the delivery floor he asked repeatedly if their are any questions and offered his services if any issues arise. Everything seemed friendly and not rushed. We did start to liked him and trust him. Kim handlining paperwork and financial documents was exemplary and me and my wife were surprise how professional and pleasant this young lady behavior was. We wish her all the success in any business endeavor. Happy to see that Romeoville Toyota is promoting and supporting Kim . She is definitely going places. All in all great experience. More

I understand supply and demand, but you can still deal with integrity and not play games. Unless you have to buy a car because they are the only one who has it, then good luck. Very disingenuous, shady dealings, outright lying after agreeing to negotiated pricing, basically driven by greed and really don't care about you as a satisfied customer. Go find a reputable dealer in the far west countryside like I then did and end up with a much better buying experience. I'd give this place negative 10 stars if I could. Can't believe Toyota Corporate allows this crap. More
