My fiancée and I came in to look at a used corolla and Camry we saw listed online. We loved the car but when he came back with the price it was definitely above our budget. However, he really worked with us and we found a compromise we were comfortable with. We didn't really expect to be driving away with a Prius today but we both really love the car and it is perfect for my job. We worked with Jim on the financing, and that process could not have been more pleasant. My fiancée bought a new car over the summer through this dealership and worked with Jim on financing; I'm so glad we came back and worked with him, he was friendly and prompt and really had our best interest at heart and got me a great rate for the financing. In short: I would recommend this dealership and sales & financing staff to anyone. More

Working with Sammie was a wonderful experience!!! Sammie wasnt pushy and he listened to what i wanted and made sure that i was happy. Daenan was personable and made sure the process was going smoothly and he wokred out a deal that we both could agree on. Usually signing finance docs are are horrible experience, it always seems like they are moving too fast, Colin took his time, made sure i understood everything and repeated himself if need be (even if i asked over and over). I was doing some serious shopping around for the Scion FR-S and went to about 5 dealers before settling down on Thomas. Nate sat down with me and told me what could be done and worked with me and made sure I was satisfied. It's ironic because my trade in was also from Thomas. I will definitely be shopping here again when the time comes to get a New Toyota! More

went to get our tacoma serviced. Steve is great and very helpful. while the truck was in the shop we went to buy a new car. we loved nathan. very funny, professional and easy to talk to. Anthony Stephens was our Salesman. He was new to the business, very nice. We inquired about obtaining a 2nd key fab and he responded the next day. Good start to good customer service. Overall I had a great experience we worked with Rex. Rex was very friendly, had a good work ethic, worked with our schedule and showed that our business was important to him and the dealership. Nate also came around to help us out when financing was an issue and was also very kind and helpful. The price was right in our range and stayed within my monthly budget like I asked. Of course we had to stay firm about what we could afford and what we would not go over, after a few times of going back and forth we made an amazing deal. I had visited a few other dealerships looking for the best deal and this dealership was the one I felt was most willing to work with me. I am very happy with my purchase and the costumer service of the dealership and it's employees. More
