purchased a new toyota corolla from thomas toyota my purchased a new toyota corolla from thomas toyota my credit was rough due to issues with an underwater mortgage. i called and spoke to nate ragans purchased a new toyota corolla from thomas toyota my credit was rough due to issues with an underwater mortgage. i called and spoke to nate ragans and made an appointment to come in and look at some new toyotas they had on sale. i worked with daenen the sales manager (i think thats how you spell his name) and nate till we were able to arrive at a price i was comfortable with. i was then introduced to colin the finance guy. from what i understand colin and most of the staff at thomas have been there for quite a while. must be due to the fact they take care of their customers, at least in my experience, that was surely the case. colin the finance guy was willing to help and basically overlook the low score i had, and get me to an interest rate that was extremely reasonable. i have wanted a toyota for a long time and was referred to thomas as well as the salesman and finance guy by a co worker, who had purchased their car at thomas and had a great experience. all i can say is if you want to get a good reliable car, a great deal, a friendly atmosphere and staff give thomas a try. im glad i did and i am sure even with the present economy we have colin, nate and daenen will work with you to help you get what you deserve. Our initial contact was Steve Sitterly. Steve took the time to show us all the features of the vehicle but was never pushy about "the sale". Unfortunately, due to illness, Steve was not able to continue time to show us all the features of the vehicle but was never pushy about "the sale". Unfortunately, due to illness, Steve was not able to continue with us as sales rep, but Troy and Nick jumped right in and gave us equal treatment. I'm not crazy about and new car buying experience, but this team made it smooth and painless. Other Toyota dealers in the area were more interested in pushing what they had on the lot, Thomas Toyota went to the trouble of going other deales to find the vehicle we wanted. The vehicle was delivered perfectly prepped. We had some additional options that we added (remote start, mud flaps, door edge guards, etc...) which Nick made sure to get coordinated with the service department. One day back in the shop to have that done and the vehicle was perfect. I got a loaner car for the day, and the whole morning drop off routine took less then 20 minutes. I was contacted by the service department several times regarding the status of the vehicle. Upon pickup, the vehicle was washed, and they even filled the gas tank. So far, this has been an impressive dealer to work with! More

He was incredibly helpful and answered all our questions thoroughly. Colin, Finance, was efficient and friendly. He is always able to answer any questions or concerns we have and gets us a good deal with our financing. I would and do recommend Thomas Toyota to my friends and family. I gave Thomas Toyota 5 stars because of the great experience I had at their dealership. I went there after work because my husband wanted me to test drive a used Venza. It was a great car, but I wasn't too crazy about the color. I really wanted the Blizzard Pearl with the black interior. I went inside and they gave me a great deal on a new car. They had a white one, but it did not have the black interior. Vinny went above and beyond by going out to Jasper Indiana to pick up a white one with the black interior. Vinny was wonderful to work with. I did not feel any pressure to buy the car. I have never purchased a car without my husband. I know that this dearlership did not take advantage of the fact that I was a woman buying a car by myself. I know I got a fair price because we had been pricing the Venza's for a couple of weeks before my purchase. Everyone there was very friendly and the customer service was exceptional. I would definitely purchase another car from Thomas Toyota. More
