I've bought a Toyota Sienna 2012 for my wife and I was pleased to meet Mohammid Ayyash there, as he is so knowlegable about the auto industry and answered all my questions that I have. The dealership is a great atmosphere and has a friendly staffs. Mohammid Ayyash took me on a tour to meet all staff including services and parts to ensure that I have enough knowledge on what to do for my next visit for Oil Change and maintenance. I had a bottom line monthly payment but was changed higher at the F&I office. The F&I person did make good on the monthly payment prior to going into the F&I office. April 20, 2013 I went to Thomas Toyota in Joliet and I did a Test Drive and I was asked to do a Credit Check, they said I was approved for a car and the person that was "helping"said that would accept my did a Test Drive and I was asked to do a Credit Check, they said I was approved for a car and the person that was "helping"said that would accept my car as 2000 down payment so I decided to buy a car when I went to finalize the deal they did not give the right amount of money for my car I did not understand what was signing for and they paid just 500 for my trade-in. Anyway getting to buy a car with a bunch of lies is not right,you all from Toyota lost a costumer and I will never recommend this place to anybody.Such terrible thing you did too me is not valuable to any costumer I am very upset and I just wanna justice me and My husband are fighting for our rights I wish I never went to this place More
I took my 2008 Highlander in for a brake check-up and recall work. I was immediately met at the garage door and directed to John Silliti who was very polite, informative, and helpful. I purchased a 2012 Used Toyota Camry from Thomas Toyota at the end of March 2013. I brought my car in for service to address some issues I had been promised would be handled when i purchased it. (The car had a scratch on the hood and they had to order a shift knob for the vehicle that was broken) The service staff was very accomodating and extremely friendly. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Jermaine Holloway the customer relations manager who helped set up an appointment with me the day I took delivery. I was offered a loaner vehicle while my car was in for repairs and when I picked my car up they had washed it and filled it with gas for me. (I purchased a used vehicle not a new car) I have never had such a wonderful experience in all my years of buying cars. I would like to personally commend the entire service staff at Thomas Toyota for their exemplary customer relations practices. I have already referred a neighbor to their dealership as well as a co-worker. If you seek a good deal and service after the sale then take my advice and give Thomas Toyota a try. More
We bought our first Corolla - brand new - just three years ago from Thomas Toyota. They took their time answering all our questions; never making us feel like our questions were trivial. When it was time for service, we found their prices to be very competitive and we never felt at any time that they were trying to take advantage of us. Because I drive approximately 27,000 highway miles per year, we decided to see what the car was worth and possibly trade it in for a new 2013 Corolla. Because of our awesome experience with Thomas Toyota three years ago, we wanted to go back and see what deals we could find. When we drove up, we were immediately greeted as we got out of the car. Our salesman, Nate, asked what he could show us and I gave him my wish list. He left us in the pleasant showroom and came back with the keys to what became my new car. After a quick drive - I absolutely love my 2010 Corolla, so I knew I would like the 2013 just the same - Nate, my spouse, and I sat down to negotiate. The entire experience - from the moment we drove onto the dealership, to the time we left with the new car - took only two hours! We expected things to drag on for another hour or two, but the sales and finance team were really focused on us - we felt they valued and respected us and our time. We not only got excellent customer service, an awesome brand new car, at an amazing rate, with affordable monthly payments, but we were also given free oil changes, tire rotations, and tanks of gas! Our expectations for the experience were blown away! We HIGHLY recommend Thomas Toyota in Joliet, IL, and we will be back again, and again, and again! :) More

He made sure we drove the vehicles that interested us, compared the ride and comparable price of a used toyota, and he let us decide what we wanted to do. He was friendly, but not pushy. My husband and I were both comfortable with him. Jim Knizek was the person who handled the financial end, and he was intelligent and efficient. Another nice guy. Positive experience, and we would recommend the dealership. More
