I called twice to find out if the price listed on the internet at cars.com was actual price since it was so low. Twice I was assured by the email representative that was the price and that no rebates wer internet at cars.com was actual price since it was so low. Twice I was assured by the email representative that was the price and that no rebates were included in it. I drove 35 miles to get there, only find out the email representative did not tell me the truth - the rebate (recent college graduate rebate -which I did not qualify for) WAS included in the price. The sales rep I dealt with was very nice and apoligetic and informed me that the email reps were in an office in another state. I was not happy with the lie to get me in the door and was turned off to that dealership at that point. The price he gave me was not bad, but I would not have driven that far out of my way for it. Also the dealership building and amenities were very shabby compared to the Toyota dealer I ultimately bought from (in Naperville). Too bad they feel they need to use tactics like that. More

we did our research and had prices already with the assistance of true car, and had an appointment with a different dealer to purchase the vehicle, however since this dealer was only a few miles away w assistance of true car, and had an appointment with a different dealer to purchase the vehicle, however since this dealer was only a few miles away we decided to call them and they said they would match the price. once we arrived there wasnt to much back in forth with the sales associate and sales manager as their generally is(annoying) honored our price signed paperwork and we were on our way. This dealership didn't have bottled water or anything while we waited but otherwise it went well. jacob wassner was our sales rep, he didnt play much of a role because we already test drove the vehicle at other dealerships and did our research but he was nice and professional. More

No pricing on any of the vehicles. We told the sales rep what we wanted and he would bring 1 car at a time to show us instead of just letting us see them all to compare. Prices way out of line for what we what we wanted and he would bring 1 car at a time to show us instead of just letting us see them all to compare. Prices way out of line for what we told him our budget was. Wasted a lot of our time. When I walked to the nissan lot next door, I was promptly CHASED down by the Toyota salesman and scolded for walking out during the deal process. There was NO deal process! We hadn't even been given a price for 1 vehicle and i was tired of waiting. We ended up walking out in disgust and purchased a vehicle from the Thomas Nissan next door that had clear pricing with no haggle deals! I do NOT recommend this dealer! Rude and inappropriate behavior. I didn't appreciate being chased down and yelled at by a sales person! AVOID THIS DEALER!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Thomas Toyota is a great place to buy a car. Got a great price plus top dollar for trade. The dealership was very busy the day I bought my Camry. We had several people from the dealership ask if we were o price plus top dollar for trade. The dealership was very busy the day I bought my Camry. We had several people from the dealership ask if we were ok and needed anything while waiting to get into finance. Mo and Nate where willing to run to McDonald's and get are kids nuggets while we where waiting. Before leaving Mo helped set up the radio to my favorite stations and set up the bluetooth option. Hoping to get a great deal on a Highlander in a couple of years More

Took my car in for service and was greeted by the most friendly, professional staff. Mohammid and the rest of the staff were very detailed explaining what would be done and consistently checked in on me friendly, professional staff.
