I understand supply and demand, but you can still deal with integrity and not play games. Unless you have to buy a car because they are the only one who has it, then good luck. Very disingenuous, shady dealings, outright lying after agreeing to negotiated pricing, basically driven by greed and really don't care about you as a satisfied customer. Go find a reputable dealer in the far west countryside like I then did and end up with a much better buying experience. I'd give this place negative 10 stars if I could. Can't believe Toyota Corporate allows this crap. More

I normally don't give bad reviews but this place is quite disappointing. They advertise new cars on their website, but when you call in, they don't have that car anymore. They also tell you bluntly that they disappointing. They advertise new cars on their website, but when you call in, they don't have that car anymore. They also tell you bluntly that they are charging 'market adjustment' on top of MSRP. They would call randomly but they never seem to have the record/history of what I am in the market for. Once I tell them AGAIN, it is like starting the whole discussion all over again. I have exchanged emails with Karl Regalado and Karl Regalado with no positive results. Very disappointing overall; i am looking elsewhere now. More

I been in many Toyota dealerships around the country but the this is the worst, I went for an oil change after making an appointment and after 1 hour of waiting I was told sorry we don't have time to for y the this is the worst, I went for an oil change after making an appointment and after 1 hour of waiting I was told sorry we don't have time to for your car come back again later. Another time went for a service after making an appointment they made me wait for 2.5 for just an oil change and when I complained about it and I asked to talk to the supervisor he showed up to tell me don't talk to my employee.
