If you are looking to pay top dollar for an auto repair I highly recommend Romeoville Toyota. To be clear, their pricing, at first glance seems reputable! The book hour pricing for mechanical work is in line with industry standards for my area, Joliet area of Illinois. That though is where it stops being fair and a value to have work done at this business. The dearship is making gross and obnoxious profit off loyal customers in the area of parts markups. When I receive my bill I was shocked and believed it was a computer error. In fact, the dealership derives profits in much the same ways as an old school used car lot or a sleight of hand finance manager selling customers useless products before a car signing. In the case of my repair, I will focus on the ignition coil replacement, I was charged $1900 for 6 coils pushing my repair bill to $3,600.00 after taxes. From my research the coils, most, should not have exceeded $740. I was charged more than 100% more than the best coils I could find in the OME market. One local garage told me that it would have costed me $2100 at his business. Romeoville Toyota has made an enemy of my business! More

Kimberly Quintero tried selling me an extended warranty. I kept telling her I didn't want it but she wouldn't let up. I think I knew more about the vehicle than her and the salesman combined. Worst dealership ever. We just went yday and Jon won't tell us the price for Sienna unless we wanna buy ... seriously. Its like I won't tell you if you don't wanna buy. I was there to buy a car . I got there at 11:30 and they did not race care me until 5:40 pm 20 min to closing time ; they said they were short staff .
