My wife and I have been using Kingston Volkswagen for years to service our Jetta mostly because of its proximity to our upstate house. We have never been overly impressed. Dealing with "Jetta Johnny" was the most pleasant experience I've had with any car sales person. It felt like I was dealing with my trusted uncle.
