Right from our initial meeting she put me at ease and made me feel that my visit to the dealership was important to her. I had my guard up when I first met her and I provided no insight into my intentions as far as actually being serious about purchasing a new vehicle. She didn't seem to care.. she just wanted me to have all of the information that I needed to make a decision when I was ready. She indicated that when I was ready to buy... she would be there ready to make it all happen. WOW... how refreshing... NO PRESSURE! I was quite happy with the Jetta I was driving when I saw a deal on the Passat with the new 1.8 turbo so I called Tammy. She had me come down, take a test drive and told me a ton about the car. I had to get back to work so Tammy ran the numbers and gave me a call right away. We agreed on a deal and closed promptly the next day. Tammy knows how busy I am this time of year and how little time I had. She made sure the car was ready when I got there and it only took minutes to close. Shep was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly in providing a great shopping experience by quickly locating the exact vehicle I was looking for in addition to offering a very competitive price for this hard to find color combination. In trading my VW Jetta Sportwagon, I waas offered an excellent price that my local VW dealers could not match. Although I had to drive over 100 miles to VW Kingston, it was well worth the drive. The day of picking up my new Passat, I also had a great experience with Joe Pappalardi, who was the Finance & delivery Manager. Joe was very patient with my questions and explained the details of the tire & wheel warranty & the ding protection warranties I was interested in buying and did not try to sell me anything that i was not interested in. I highly recommend VW Kingston as providing a wonderful buying experience from locating the car to delivery and following up with the custoemr after the purchase to ensure that I did not have any issues or questions about my new VW purchase.
