Chris, I understand your frustration with the entire frustration. We have tried to be fair in all of our dealings with this. Please let me remind you that, with the assistance of VW corporate, came to a settlement of reimbursing you the cost of the radio. We have sent you a check for the radio cost and you accepted that. That constitutes a settlement and ends our obligation. You now have changed your mind and want to pursue this further after we had agreement. I think that is a little unfair. Since we are not willing to pursue this further, you have decided to take to social media to bash us. That I suppose is your right. However, please keep in mind that we had agreement and a settlement to this issue. We fulfilled and upheld our end of the agreement.

I really don't want to waste another second talking about this because it has been enough of a hassle. You think you are right and I think you are wrong- plain and simple. I hope that my reviews on various dealership websites take even one customer away from you a month. That will cost you way more than a couple of hundred dollars. It would have been such an easy fix to pay me for the total of the amount of property that you lost. With that said, I am completely done with this topic and hope you improve your customer service.
