I stopped in at Volkswagen to drive a couple used Ford models on the lot. Johnny was the perfect person to walk me through the pros and cons of the available autos in my price range. Between him and my daughter I ended up with a Jetta which was a year newer than the car that I'd just lost. I'm a new fan of Volkswagen and part of the reason is the consistently knowledgeable, friendly customer service that Johnny provided during the buying process including a follow up call after the purchase.
