I believed they were doing the right thing for me. USAA: 72 Month Loan 2.25% VW of Kingston - Fifth Third Bank: 72 Month 3.99% My Fault!!!!! I should have read the paperwork, and not trusted that they would do the right thing.... I guess Live and Learn!!!! Overall I was pleased with how I was treated and how things went.... just a bit sad that I have go through and apply for another loan..... Hope This is Helpful Walt More

Not only did they work tirelessly for several weeks to find the perfect truck but I left there feeling like I was family. It was a great car buying experiance. I would highly recommend Tammy Phillips as your sales rep. and the sales manager George Moylan did everything he could to make the price fit my budget.
