I have seen great and terrible salespeople during my career and she is definitely one of the good ones. She was very product knowledgeable, delivered a great test drive, and knows how to accommodate and work with people professionally. I will recommend her to anyone looking for a VW. Ashley in finance was also a delight to deal with. She wasn't pushy with presenting the extra items they offer during the finance process and was very efficient and professional.
