Our apologies for the long wait for a service appointment. We realize you had a good idea of what needed attention on your RAV4 and what we found is that many times it isn't what it appears to be, hence we do a diagnosis to make sure that is the problem. We also do not want you to drive with an expired inspection sticker; having a copy of the Repair Order should suffice if you got pulled over. Also, we supply rental/loaner vehicles which you were offered if you opted to have the repair completed. Feel free to contact Patty at Extension 411 if you would like to discuss this further.

Thank you for your apology. We did not have "a good idea" of what work we needed done, we knew exactly what work was needed and informed your company of our needs prior to driving two hours each way to attend your facility. If your company genuinely did "not want you to drive with an expired inspection sticker", you should have at least supplied a ten day failure sticker. Obviously, you are NYS Troopers because your assertion that, "having a copy of the Repair Order should suffice if you got pulled over." is 100% untrue, evidenced by the fact that we did indeed receive a summons. Lastly, your claim that, "we supply rental/loaner vehicles which you were offered if you opted to have the repair completed." is simply a lie. No one offered us anything, and your abysmal "service" has left us with a hefty moving violation to deal with. You would be far better served to simply take responsibility for your litany of failures than to concoct wholly untrue stories about your dealership's disgusting treatment of us. Good Luck and thank you again for doing nothing other than making more problems for us.

I had requested to have exhaust line, brake pad condition and water pump/ timing belt checked to see it needs removal. For that, a service charge of $23 Per hour charged twice. Lof charge was separate. It does not two hours to check exhaust, brakes and timing belt checked. LOF includes multiple things checked anyways but service charge per hour done twice on top of LOF labor per hour.
