We did not have the positive experience here most seem to have had. We had to wait two weeks for a service appointment, but after telling them precisely what the problem is we which needed attended to (hand have had. We had to wait two weeks for a service appointment, but after telling them precisely what the problem is we which needed attended to (handbrake and inspection + an oil change), they then charged us $105 for an oil change and to be coldly informed that they did not have the parts to fix our RAV4, and they sent us on our way with a then expired inspection. Not even a 10 day sticker. Ofc, on the way back to our home (2 hours away), we got stopped by the troopers and rightly cited. Needless to say, we won't be returning and recommend others avoid, too. First time since there since Glens Falls Toyota changed to Romeo Toyota. Service staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. . Unfortunately, I had to wait, but service was completed and I was on to Romeo Toyota. Service staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. . Unfortunately, I had to wait, but service was completed and I was on my way in just over and hour after getting oil change, tire rotation, and securing a heat shield that was making a rattling sound. They did a mini-point inspection and shared with me their findings. Waiting area was clean and welcoming. Since we are in the middle of a pandemic, seating was spaced out, and there were multiple hand sanitizing stations. Overall great experience, as much as waiting for your car to be serviced can be. A little pricey, but typical and expected. They didn’t communicate with live video chat and I’m glad they didn’t! They did communicate via standard text messaging which was just fine. More
