The car currently has just 20k miles, and I discovered a serious issue with the brake caliper that appears to be a factory defect. Given the low mileage and the fact that it’s a 2023 model, I fully expected this repair to be covered under the factory warranty. Unfortunately, Romeo Toyota not only refused to acknowledge the issue as a factory defect but also declined to cover it under warranty. This left me questioning both their service standards and commitment to Toyota’s quality assurance. It’s incredibly disappointing that a dealership representing such a reputable brand would treat a customer this way, especially when safety is at stake. If you’re considering service at Romeo Toyota of Glens Falls, be prepared for the possibility of denial on legitimate claims and a lack of empathy in handling factory-related issues. I expected far more from a certified Toyota dealership. More

In three years never could get a car loaner for service, Today I was guaranteed one for 8:00 dropoff for service and pick-up a loaner and got told none available and we have a lot of cars ahead of you to service. I was told no one gets in until 9:00 to discuss this with, so I left no service. Last time I went in for my free oil change, 1:00 appointment, waited got done around 3:30, they tried to bill me for the FREE OIL CHANGE had to get a manager to prove what I was given at the time of purchase. Their sales team is outstanding at sales, just NOT TRUTHFUL about service. More

I had my 2015 Prius with 153,000 miles towed to Romeo Toyota due to an major engine noise. They told me that after doing the work the car would be good as new at a cost of $1450. That all sounded fine to me, so I had the work done. After replacing the parts, there still was a continuous misfire on cylinder #3. There is a major internal failure in the engine. The service manager, Ben, suggested I talked to sales and work in the cost of the repair into the purchase of a new or used car. After talking with the salesman, and seeing the prices of the used cars on the lot (more than the price of new), I asked Ben if he could locate a used motor. Romeo provided used motor quotes from nearby auto salvage, Jerry Browns. There was a motor with !40k miles and it was quoted at $3500 from Romeo. I did quick search of Jerry Browns website and found the same motor for $2400. I've already given Romeo $1450 for a broken car and they are still trying to mark up used parts by over a $1k. On top of it all...the services department had the nerve to add a 3% credit card transaction fee on top of the invoice. I will not be giving my business to Romeo and I suggest you also check out other dealerships. Its definitely not the old Glens Falls Toyota. More

In mid-June, I experienced a post-repair (not Romeo) breakdown on 87 South, just 25 miles from my departure on a 6-hour car trip. After 2 hours roadside, accompanied by a dear State Trooper, AAA got me and our 2002 Prius to Romeo Toyota. Service Center being closed for the weekend, I was vastly cheered up by your Sales staff, who were earnest to sell me a new version, and just hilarious! Danielle called Monday, and was so very helpful, explaining what had occurred, and giving an estimate for repair. She was great handling questions and concerns. A day or two later, she personally searched for and found my drivers’ license and AAA card between the front seats, and sent them directly to me! Two weeks later, my husband picked up the Prius, and had an easy transfer! All in all, my experience with Romeo Toyota was just the best! Many Thanks to your entire staff for great customer service!! Wait was short and pleasant in the waiting room. Receptionist was helpful but I don’t know her name. She answered a question about the battery in the key fob which was very nice and helpful. My car battery was dead, so I had AAA tow my car over to Romeo Toyota and I walked over from near Crandall Park. By the time I got to Romeo, a new battery had already been installed!
