So happy and grateful for Tina North and Glens Falls Toyota! After having a very bad experience with another Toyota dealer, I called Tina at Glens Falls Toyota who saved the day! Not only did she have the Takoma truck in the color that I requested (Sand) ready for me when I got to her dealership, but she made the process incredibly easy and pain-free. After weeks of agony and lies with another dealership, it was such a relief to sit down with this lovely lady and have the whole process of buying a car finished within an hour and a half! And it turns out that I paid $6,000 less for my new truck than I would have at the other dealership. She even showed me how to work the special features inside my car and set up my phone for me. As a bonus, she gave me a jar of homemade blueberry jam! In addition, every three months, I go back there for my free routine maintenance as part of the Toyota Care program. I have been back twice so far and every time I go back, Tina shows me some other feature of my Toyota. I could not be more pleased with my purchase of my Toyota Tocoma or with the service at Glens Falls Toyota.
