I live two hours north of Glens Falls and experience a lot of COLD, freezing road conditions and had heard good things about the Toyota Rav4. I came in for a road test, hoping to find a new end of the year 2017 Rav 4. It impressed me that Walter Foster and Tina North were encouraging me to look at the new 2018 Rav 4. I had dedicated two days to test drive several different makes & model cars including Honda CRV and Volkswagon Tiguan. It was Walter and Tina's persistence to make me the best deal and to research the safety features of the Toyota Rav 4 that convinced me to buy a new Rav 4! More

Ben did his job - efficiently and w/o fanfare - which is my preference. I appreciated that he did not attempt to market additional "add ons" like vehicle protection options, etc. To be clear, I don't mind discussing "add ons", I just prefer it be done thru Sales, not Financing. Whether by design or accident, this helped make for a positive experience. My overall rating is a 4, not a 5, because there is always room for improvement. More
