Awesome buying experience! Would highly recommend! I have had my previous vehicle for 14 yrs..... one because I really like it but also because the process of buying a new vehicle can be painstakingly I have had my previous vehicle for 14 yrs..... one because I really like it but also because the process of buying a new vehicle can be painstakingly frustrating. Don’t get me wrong Shopping for the vehicle is fun, but the back and forth with the salesman and sales manager....... Joe Taylor and Paul Wilkins are none of this. Joe greeted us in the lot with the speck sheet and a handful of keys to the vehicles we were looking at as we arrived on the lot. I did a test drive, loved the vehicle. No pressure to buy, we quickly worked a deal!! I went back to pick up and all the paper work was in order, Ben Fuller was a dream with financing, again, no pressure sales to add all the extra coverage. Although we did add extra because it was a great option for us. All in all I think we spent a total of 2 1/2 hrs start to finish including the test drive. I would highly recommend this dealership and Joe to anyone, even if you are just looking! We drove 2 hrs from our home ( where a Toyota dealership is only 8 miles away) and would do it again. More

This is my second Prius, and I have always had my car serviced at Glens Falls Toyota. Everyone there is so nice. I had taken my First Prius in for service. I really hadn’t intended to buy a new car, because I was happy with my First Prius. I got looking around the show room, and noticed that Toyota was offering a extremely good deal on a new Prius. This coordination included the finding of vehicles that had the color, style and options we wanted along with their pricing and trade-in allowance. My wife and I have owned 8 Toyota vehicles over the years and have dealt with various car dealerships. Glens Falls Toyota was more fair and reasonable than anyone else. It's extraordinary to not be pressured buying something you really want to believe in and enjoy. I highly recommend this dealership. More

I have had Toyota Camry's now for almost two decades n This dealership is a great, honest place with the nicest people who make you feel like family. I have had Toyota Camry's now for almost two decades now, and they have never let me down. It's no wonder the people there can be so friendly, the cars they sell sell themselves. They don't have to be pushy or salesmanlike. My salesman for my last several Camry's has been Mike Abodeely, a fantastic salesman and person. He always follows up with any questions I've had, and makes sure all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed. And, their service manager, Jim, is THE best. Being a woman, I've always been leery of taking a car in to get fixed, but Jim is honest and dependable and I TOTALLY trust whatever he tells me I might need. Fortunately, because it's a Camry, I've never had major problems!! Just usual checkups and oil changes. I'd be remiss not to mention the great finance manager too, Ben. Made my leasing of this 2018 E A S Y. And Pat, you were a big help too. I can't say enough good things about them all. Thanks for making my stressful time so easy, and for all of your help with my daughter and me. I've got the new one, she's got the most beautiful blue Camry, (my old one which I adored).
