Joe was considerate, accomodating and wanted to help us purchase the car we wanted with the features we wanted. He was infomative and if he did not know the answer to a particular question he got us the information we requested in a timely manner. When we picked up the car he spent a great deal of time with us making sure we understood all we needed to know about our new Camry so we could safely drive away. We visited the dealership three times before purchasing our car and every time it was a pleasure to work with Joe. More
Tundra wipers I called on short notice because my drivers side wiper was not working. It was the Monday after the Superbowl. They got me in by appointment within 30 minutes of calling them. Within 15 minutes my tee uck was fixed, I was in their system and I was walking out the door. Great experience. More
Friendly and accomodating establishment. I am usually impressed with this Toyota dealer and it's service area. This time though I was a little disappointed. I actually drove over to make an appointment to have my leased cars 40K mile service done. At the same time I told the receptionist about the chrome bubbling on the trunk lid of my 2016 Camry. Nobody came out to look at it at that time. When I took my car in for servicing I was told the part would cost over $225 and would have to be ordered and it wasn't covered under the basic warranty. I told this same receptionist I thought that since the chrome was bubbling up off of whatever it was affixed to, it would be a problem associated with the manufacturer of the part and nothing to do with me. She called the service manager out to look at it and he came outside and took pictures of the part. I told him the same thing. I didn't cause the chrome to bubble up, it had to be a manufacturing problem. He told me not to worry about it and he'd look into it and see what he could do. I think someone should have come out and looked at it the first time when I made the appointment. That way, if they were going to fix the part the would have already ordered it. Now, if they want to fix it (AT THEIR OWN COST) I will have to make another appointment and come back to get it done. Could have been fixed at this appointment if I were going to get it done. More
