Great Service Great service, they never mislead me or tell me to replace anything that I do not need. I have never gone away with any issues. The only reason I rate Great service, they never mislead me or tell me to replace anything that I do not need. I have never gone away with any issues. The only reason I rate it a 4 instead of 5 is I have trouble calling to make appointment. I get the voicemail a lot and I have left voicemails multiple times and no one called me back from those voicemails. My appointment has also been 'lost' two times in the past which is highly inconvenient when I show up only to get turned away and have to make another appointment. Now I just call until I get an actual employee to make an appointment and call the day before to make sure I'm still on the schedule. It works but its a lot of follow up on my part. More

Patient, Knowledgeable and Fair I have been to other dealers in the Capitol region and Glens Falls Toyota outshines all the others. Our salesperson Nicole was patient and understand I have been to other dealers in the Capitol region and Glens Falls Toyota outshines all the others. Our salesperson Nicole was patient and understanding for my particular circumstance. She was knowledgeable and able to offer a fair price on the car we wanted The atmosphere at the dealership is calm, not pressured and as relaxing as it could be when buying a new car. The dealership was very accommodating. At no time did I feel as though I had to make a quick decision, which was fortunate because I changed my mind and wasn't made to feel badly about this.
