Unacceptable Service and Refusal to Honor Warranty on a Defective Brake Caliper I recently visited Romeo Toyota of Glens Falls regarding an issue with my 2023 Toyota RAV4 XLE Hybrid. The car currently h Defective Brake Caliper I recently visited Romeo Toyota of Glens Falls regarding an issue with my 2023 Toyota RAV4 XLE Hybrid. The car currently has just 20k miles, and I discovered a serious issue with the brake caliper that appears to be a factory defect. Given the low mileage and the fact that it’s a 2023 model, I fully expected this repair to be covered under the factory warranty. Unfortunately, Romeo Toyota not only refused to acknowledge the issue as a factory defect but also declined to cover it under warranty. This left me questioning both their service standards and commitment to Toyota’s quality assurance. It’s incredibly disappointing that a dealership representing such a reputable brand would treat a customer this way, especially when safety is at stake. If you’re considering service at Romeo Toyota of Glens Falls, be prepared for the possibility of denial on legitimate claims and a lack of empathy in handling factory-related issues. I expected far more from a certified Toyota dealership. More
Recently began a quest to get a 2025 Toyota Camry AWD Hybrid. Called every dealership within 50 miles of Albany. Nobody could get me close to numbers I could afford with money I had to put down. Had give Hybrid. Called every dealership within 50 miles of Albany. Nobody could get me close to numbers I could afford with money I had to put down. Had given up and put deposit on vehicle I didn’t REALLY want. Then phone rings and a salesperson named Dylan Pearson and his sales manager Addison set up a deal in 24 hours to get me the Camry at the price I could afford. They were cool and not pushy through entire process. Now I’m driving a beautiful Camry because of their hard work. Next time you’re in the Market for a vehicle, call Romeo and ask for Dylan or Addison. You won’t regret it. Thanks fellas. More

Mainly, they have the worst and slowest service department I have ever experienced. Also, after driving the car for only 2 days, major problems happened and they tried to blame me for it. After multiple days of arguments with both the sales and service department. They took almost 6 weeks to fix the problem and did not take care of the minor issues that they had promised me when I originally bought the car. Honestly, I will never recommend this dealership for anyone and I will never buy another car from them again. More
Great Sales Pitch/Totally Fake Results Bought a Prius Prime from Romeo Toyota/A major part of the sales pitch was service and car loaners. In three years never could get a car loaner for service, Today Prime from Romeo Toyota/A major part of the sales pitch was service and car loaners. In three years never could get a car loaner for service, Today I was guaranteed one for 8:00 dropoff for service and pick-up a loaner and got told none available and we have a lot of cars ahead of you to service. I was told no one gets in until 9:00 to discuss this with, so I left no service. Last time I went in for my free oil change, 1:00 appointment, waited got done around 3:30, they tried to bill me for the FREE OIL CHANGE had to get a manager to prove what I was given at the time of purchase. Their sales team is outstanding at sales, just NOT TRUTHFUL about service. More
I purchased a Toyota 4Runner from Romeo Toyota on May 4th and traveled from Rhode Island to New York to pick up the vehicle. One hour after leaving the dealership, several warning lights appeared on the dash and traveled from Rhode Island to New York to pick up the vehicle. One hour after leaving the dealership, several warning lights appeared on the dash. Despite being assured by the salesman Mike that the car was in perfect working condition and had been thoroughly inspected, it clearly wasn't. When I called Mike, he informed me that the service department was closed until Monday and advised me to take the car to my local Toyota dealership, promising that Romeo would cover any repair costs missed by their inspection. My local dealership discovered $9,000 worth of damage, including a broken suspension spring and other critical components. Initially, Romeo Toyota refused to cover the repair costs and insisted I drive the unsafe vehicle back for their inspection, which I understandably refused. After days of fighting and my local dealership providing photo evidence of the damage, Romeo Toyota finally agreed to cover the repair costs. However, my troubles didn't end there. I was supposed to receive my registration and license plates within 45 days of purchase, but 75 days have passed, and I still have neither. The temporary plate they provided expired on June 3rd, leaving me with a new 4Runner that I can't drive legally. Despite numerous attempts to contact Ryan, who processed my purchase, he has been unresponsive and has failed to address the missing registration and plates. Also, After sending them a notarized title duplicate for my trade in, Walt their GSM called me super rudely and threatened to send me a $32,000 bill after not reaching out for 70 days about this being any sort of issue. I provided notary receipt and tracking number and they claimed “I didn't sign it” even tho the signature was notarized and I took pictures of it. I am now speaking to the owner Patty Romeo who continues to apologize for the unprofessionalism of her employees. It’s sad honestly. I strongly advise against doing business with this unprofessional dealership, especially if you are from out of state. My experience with Romeo Toyota has been nothing short of a nightmare. More

He answered all my questions and helped me get the car audio set up when I picked it up. I have never used GF Toyota for service, but plan to and hope the experience goes as well as the purchase did. This is my first time with a hybrid car, and I am sure that Dale will be available via phone or email to answer any of my questions. I traded in a 2017 Rogue for the purchase and was happy with the trade-in value with minimal haggling. When it comes time for my husband to trade in his Ram, we will probably go with Toyota again. If you go, ask for Dale - you won't be sorry! More
