Thank you for your very detailed review. Our loaner vehicles are first come, first serve, so on short notice we had nothing available. Since the issue was not a warrantable issue, the $35/daily coverage did not apply. We did show you all of your parts and also had your mass air flow sensor available for you to take. This review comes after you disputed your payment here. I am sorry that we could not help you further, but we can not take responsibility for a car that was serviced elsewhere. Thank you.

If you had read my review entirely, there is video footage proving that the issue was NOT caused by the other shop. My issue was less with the availability of the rental but the refusal of your establishment to honor my warranty I purchased through you. I asked for the parts back was only given the air filter and when I called and asked for the remaining parts was told I would receive a call back and never did. I was NOT shown all of the defective parts as you say I was. I never saw the mass airflow sensor or the supposed debris that caused by car to stall. It was not included in the video you sent me. I called a few times more and sent e-mails that went unanswered still to this day. This is the first communication I have received back from you since this happened in July. I am glad I finally got your attention; I just hope I also got the attention of your would-be potential next victims.

Horrible place, full of lack of communication. I don’t have time to drive back and forth, four hours for their blunder. Once they have your money, you are treated like a nobody, no follow up. And being female they made me feel like it was my fault when they made the mistake. Never shop there. All solutions they offered were at a huge inconvenience for me. Instead of fixing their mistake right away. I needed my truck for things, I needed from Kingston,my town Is two hours away. I was very upset because I called the night before and was told the work was complete, when it wasn’t. I was offered a tiny suv that was no used to me at all.
