I walked into this dealer not knowing what to expect. I went there looking for a small SUV with not a huge amount of money to spend. I had a trade in that I was hoping to use as a down payment. After going home and seeing the reviews on this SUV I decided that it was not something that I wanted. I called Ed right away to tell him of my concerns. After meeting with him again. He offered me options to purchasing that vehicle and I still wasnt interested. Ed accepted this and I asked him if there was anything else in my price range. He then showed me another SUV which was in my favorite color and they said they could work with me on the price. I took it for a test drive and liked it. Ed and his team again worked hard to get the numbers where they needed to be. And in a few hours I was cleaning out my old car and I was driving home in my new 2009 Nissan Rogue! We called Kingston Nissan inquiring about a car we had seen on their website and spoke with Steven Pinto. We told him we had a tradein and had already done extensive homework, and didn't want to waste our seen on their website and spoke with Steven Pinto. He encouraged us to drive down and promised he would "make it work." Well--he did! He greeted us when we arrived and told us we were going to be happy. He offered MORE for our tradein than I had researched, and was able to come down on the car we were interested in, bringing the total package to even less than I was prepared to pay. All of this in a quick, efficient and friendly atmosphere. There were no "added" or "hidden" fees, and the entire purchase process took a little less than an hour. We weren't prepared for this, and so didn't have the title to our old car, but Steve said "I promised you I would make this work, so just send it to me when you get home! You trusted me and so I trust you!" We drove home in our new car and were amazed.This was by far the most enjoyable experience I have ever had buying a car! Thank you, Steve.
