You were made to feel welcomed the minute you walked through the door! I had an appointment with the manager I had done business with previously. He unfortunately went home ill that day. Desiree was through the door! I had an appointment with the manager I had done business with previously. He unfortunately went home ill that day. Desiree was my sales associate and at first I was disappointed but that quickly faded. I was looking at a different model than the one I owned. She was most helpful and knowledgeable and found exactly what I wanted. When I picked my car up she very patiently explained all the features and sent me very happily on my way. This is the second car I have purchased from Kingston Nissan and they have a customer for life!! More
I have dealt with this dealership in the past and was wonderfully surprised with their professionalism and non-aggressive approach. Although it is an hour drive for me to the dealership I believe it is wonderfully surprised with their professionalism and non-aggressive approach. Although it is an hour drive for me to the dealership I believe it is worth the trip. I did pick up my new 2012 Maxim within the last two weeks and I look back now and think that maybe I could have held out for a better price on my trade-in, I believe that I did get a fair price. On the day of the pick up the salesperson, Desiree Williams spent over an hour and a half explaining to my wife and I all the features that were in the vehicle. In fact I even told her that she was spending too much time with us, especially since all the paperwork had already been signed. More

Coming to this dealership was one of the worst decisions I ever made. I came to the dealership in July 2012 for a Toyota highlander that was advertised. I made an appointment and then was told when I got I ever made. I came to the dealership in July 2012 for a Toyota highlander that was advertised. I made an appointment and then was told when I got there that it was sold. I ended up with an 04 Murano. It is now November and less than 4 months later I have replaced front struts, realized the lock fo the tailgate is too rusted for the rear interior lights to come on. I was sold an aftermarket warranty that covers nothing and charged an hour and a half labor to diagnose a rusted tailgate lock. 170.02 down the drain and the only thing repaired was a blown fuse for my charging port. I am never going back and I will be back in a Toyota real soon! More

I recently purchased a 2003 Nissan Maxima from this dealership. I worked with Bill who was very helpful and friendly and he worked with me to get the best price possible. While I was working with hi dealership. I worked with Bill who was very helpful and friendly and he worked with me to get the best price possible. While I was working with him I was told several times that "you should not have to put any money into your car, besides normal maintenance for the first year" and "the service department will look over the car before you take it home to make sure there are no issues". So instead of purchasing an extended warranty I just stayed with the 60 day or 3,000 mile limited warranty because my original plan was to have this car for about 6 months then trade it in for a new car. (which orginally, I was planning to go to Kingston Nissan to purchase the new car when that time comes.. I am not sure if that will be happening now..) Immediately I noticed some issues that I hadn't noticed before. Within the next week after purchasing the vehicle I had to bring it in because there was a problem with the brakes. I thought okay, no big deal. Then, I started noticing a pinging noise in the front end and the check engine light came on and the front bumper was really loose. I forgot to mention the bumper when I called to get my car in for the 2nd time so when I got there I asked if they could check the bumper. I was then told that because I didn't mention that in my initial phone call I would have to come back again. I have not hit anything with my car. I mainly drive from home to work and back home. I feel as though this should've been checked before I even purchased the car.. If the bumper falls off, that is a lot of money that I do not have. This last time that I brought the car in it was because yet again, the check engine light came on and there was still a pinging noise in the front. I made sure to ask them to also check the bumper. I get a phone call from Lori in the service department telling me that they can take care of the pinging noise (finally), I need a new Oxygen Sensor and that they can try to refasten the bumper. The total bill would've been over $500 because the bumper and oxygen sensor are not covered under the warranty. I completely understand that things happen and sometimes you can't always predict that something is going to go wrong but I feel like a few of things that have been wrong with the car would've been caught if the car was looked over before I bought it. Of course the bumper is not covered under the warranty but if it was like that when I purchased it why should I have pay for it to get fixed?? Without getting the oxygen sensor replaced and the bumper fixed I still had to pay the $100 diagnosis fee and all they did was hook up my car to the machine to get a code. If I had known that this stuff would not be covered, I would've gone to Auto Zone and had them read the code for FREE. This brings me back to what Bill Haley said to me about not having to fix anything besides maintenance for the first year. This supposed motto that they "live" by apparently is not true. This entire process has not been a pleasant one for me what so ever. I am very surprised because I have heard nothing but good things about Kingston Nissan and I was hoping to have the same experience and it has been nothing but disappointment. If I could go back now I would've gone some where else. More
