The five star rating extends beyond the sales and finance staff to the service department as well! I took the car in for a problem (that wasn't actually a problem after all) and it was a very pleasant experience. Again... professionalism, knowledge, and respect. Also... on my trade in: Romeo gave me $1000.00 more that Prestige had offered. Definitely recommend and will definitely return. More

Sneaky and underhanded. Dishonest and manipulative. I went in for a car. There was the allusion of them being helpful. Then they took my car keys of a car I own and Dishonest and manipulative. I went in for a car. There was the allusion of them being helpful. Then they took my car keys of a car I own and riffled through my car without me knowing. When I notice and want to leave, they held my keys and talked in a private office. I had to ask repeatedly for my keys. Then I get to my car to finally leave after my privacy was violated, and my seats are all altered and my purse is moved. Horrible business. If they do this, imagine who they get over on you in your deals! I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. However, because of their horrible business, I found an identical car for thousands less and a better interest rate as well! WIN WIN! More
