Sneaky and underhanded. Dishonest and manipulative. I went in for a car. There was the allusion of them being helpful. Then they took my car keys of a car I own and Dishonest and manipulative. I went in for a car. There was the allusion of them being helpful. Then they took my car keys of a car I own and riffled through my car without me knowing. When I notice and want to leave, they held my keys and talked in a private office. I had to ask repeatedly for my keys. Then I get to my car to finally leave after my privacy was violated, and my seats are all altered and my purse is moved. Horrible business. If they do this, imagine who they get over on you in your deals! I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. However, because of their horrible business, I found an identical car for thousands less and a better interest rate as well! WIN WIN! More

This dealership is by far the worst. After running my credit over and over, they approved me for a car. The car I received was a lemon. I purchased the vehicle 31st of January 2023. 3 mo After running my credit over and over, they approved me for a car. The car I received was a lemon. I purchased the vehicle 31st of January 2023. 3 months later. Check engine light comes on. Low oil engine pressure warning light keeps flashing. I was told not to drive the vehicle. I spoke to a lady, about the car issues. She told me to bring the car in, but they wouldn’t get to my car until 7/10. I asked about a loaner, I was told they were backed up with service issues. That there was other in front of me, that have been waiting as well for loaners. With a two year warranty on my car, Kingston Nissan still haven’t come to get my vehicle. I was told to bring it to a shop in my area. I did just that, had the adjuster come out look at the car. After a week they contacted the shop back, saying they would like them to break the engine down , and find out why the oil isn’t going through the engine. The shop refused to break the engine down. They insisted I needed a new engine. After so many months no results. I called Kingston Nissan again. Where I spoke to the same lady. She was rude and very unprofessional. I asked her a question. Should I get a lawyer involved. She told me since I mentioned a lawyer she wasn’t going to talk to me and hung up in my ear. I called back, the lady repeated the same thing. (“You mentioned a lawyer I can’t talk to you”) she then hung up in my ear again, after refusing to give me her name. I NEVER told her I had retained a lawyer, but if I needed one. I tried reaching the sales man Richard who assisted me with purchasing my vehicle. He had no solution to my problem. But to drop it off without a loaner and just wait until whenever they get to it. Remind you I can’t drive the car. There is no oil going to the engine at all. The mechanic I went to, went under the car to check out the filter. Looks brand new still. No oil at all has touched the filter. 6 months later my car is still parked in my driveway. I have to pay for Ubers everywhere. I am enrolled in school, which is an hour and a half from where I live. I have contacted the Better Business Barrel about this dealership. In hopes of getting a different car. Lesson learned, my first time leasing a car. My experience has by far been the worst. More
