I bought my 2022 F250 in for the Bed Camera not working intermittently. I met with Mike (Service Manager) My fault I was going to leave it there for the day. I then decided I would wait for them to diagnos intermittently. I met with Mike (Service Manager) My fault I was going to leave it there for the day. I then decided I would wait for them to diagnose the problem. I put Mike in a tight spot to do this. Mike is a very big advocate for Customer Service and had to take care of people ahead of me. Hey strategically worked things around to keep everybody happy. Not only did his team diagnose the problem but fixed for me so I didn’t have to go back. Anybody can and do one thing at a time, and he could held me off. He didn’t he did it all !! That’s what I call a manager that solves problems. Now that Outstanding Service !!! Romeo don’t loose this guy! He has the toughest job at the dealership. As we all know 99% of the time we have issues and need service Mike is who deals with this. More
Overcharged for a job not even done. Brought my Ford F150 in for an oil leak was supposed to be hooked up to computer not done and-charged 460.00 and not even fixed. I was supposed to get a call back from the service manager regarding this and still waiting.. I had to bring my truck somewheres else to get this resolved. I would not recommend this place for service !!!!! More
2019 ford escape 60,000k miles in for new tranny. Service dept were helpful obtaining a rental for me in a timely manner and went above all expectations. I’ve had some recall issues on my Maverick which caused me multiple trips to the service shop. It doesn’t matter which service rep waits on you as they’re all always good to work with. I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the romeo of Kingston service dept. About a month ago I brought in my leased 2018 escape for routine maintenance. One of the things that needed to the romeo of Kingston service dept. About a month ago I brought in my leased 2018 escape for routine maintenance. One of the things that needed to be done was to repair a tire with a hole in it. The service advisor informed me that the tire couldn't be repaired and needed to be replaced without giving a reason why. I asked her to find out from the service tech why it couldn't be repaired. I was told it was close to the sidewall of the tire. I have a picture of the tire with the hole, and have spoken with numerous mechanics who have said that the hole is nowhere near the sidewall and could indeed be repaired. This leaves me under the impression that the service dept either didn't want to perform the work I asked for or wanted to scam me by intimidating me into purchasing something I don't need, just to make more money off me. Either way, I am extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with the romeo service department and how I was treated. Due to fees and penalties, I am unable to turn my lease in early. Once my lease is up(in 10 months), I will be turning in my vehicle and never coming back to romeo ford of Kingston. I will take my business elsewhere. More
