Unfortunately this place is the closest Chevy dealership near me. Never again will I ever come to such a awful dealership. DePaula is 100% worth the drive after the experience I had today. I had my wiper blades replaced and they charged me $50.00 for them. One broke after 2 uses! I went to have it replaced again, and the “manager” from parts told me they must of been “out of the good ones, so they put after market ones on”. He replaced the broken one and refused to replace the other one. I now have wiper blades that don’t match on. He said he “didn’t care if they didn’t match because the other one isn’t broke.” I am in total shock that customers get treated this way. I don’t understand how I get charged $50.00 for complete junk because they were “out of the other ones” and now they don’t even match and I’m stuck with them. It’s extremely noticeable as well. Question: would you sell a vehicle with not matching wiper blades to a customer? More

The issue I have with the Whiteman's Service Department is from a series of brake repair related incidents from over a year ago. I was reluctant to report any negative comments about this incident or this is from a series of brake repair related incidents from over a year ago. I was reluctant to report any negative comments about this incident or this Dealership because my wife and her family family have always purchased their vehicles from Whitemans. However, a recent negative experience I had with the sales department has prompted me to share with other potential customers that this dealership is poorly representing the Chevorlet brand while treating loyal repeat customers below the quality of service standards that Chevrolet promises. The reason I am rating this Dealership and more specifically the service department is the result how the service manager was not honest with my wife last year with regard to the brake problem we were having with a new 2009 Impala. After serveral visits to the dealership (2 hours one way) they did not correct the problem and actually blamed the problem on her driving. Well, two sets of new rotors and three or four sets of new pads later, the problem was resolved by a dealership in Oneonta NY. It was not the drivers fault but rather the lower quality pads used by Whitemans or their lack of effort to make phone call to the OEM to find a solution. I hope this review helps other potential customers seeking service from Whitmans to carefully consider the intregrity and honorability of the Dealership. More
