We value your business and hope to have the opportunity to make things right. 2/11... when you brought your 2014 Equinox to our dealership it had 150,363 miles on it and had no oil in the engine. In our records the last oil change was 10/17/22. Lack of oil is the reason you need your engine replaced. We are willing to listen and try to help because we do care about our customers. Sometimes the answer you received on a diagnosis on your vehicle is not what you want to hear, we understand that. We all know the value of money and how much we need to spend to maintain our vehicles.
