Bought a brand new 2025 Chevy Equinox in Dec of 2024 March of 2025 check engine light came on. They basically told me to shove it and go to a different GM deal and try to get it covered under FACTORY wa March of 2025 check engine light came on. I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. I made an appointment to see a car the night before and confirmed it in the morning. I test drove the car and was very happy with it; everything was going smoothly. The salesperson asked if I wanted to see how it looked on paper, and I said yes. He went inside, and a few minutes later, another salesperson came in and informed me that the car had been sold. You can imagine my confusion and disappointment. I thought they were joking or this was some sort of a trick. Apparently, while I was test driving the car, they sold it to someone else who walked in and didn’t need to test drive. Shame on this dealership. I was so excited to finally purchasing my first car, they put me in a terrible mood for the rest of the day, not to mention I literally started crying as I was ready to sign the papers. No doubt that they are running an unethical business. It has been a day and I am still so upset about this whole experience. More
Just picked up my new Sierra 2500 SLT. Pat Duke was just fantastic to deal with, he made this purchase really easy and he explained everything I needed to know about my new truck. Recently purchased a new Yukon XL Denali that had a damaged door when I picked up the vehicle. The dealer stated they would have it corrected. Took 3 months to get a service appointment to get the door damaged door when I picked up the vehicle. The dealer stated they would have it corrected. Took 3 months to get a service appointment to get the door since I was informed that their service department is undergoing changes. I dropped it off to have the door repaired and get an oil change and the dealer put 100 miles on my truck when it was at the dealer to be serviced. The service manager could not provide me with a legitimate explanation so I can only assume that they used my new vehicle as their own personal vehicle while it was there. Do not get your vehicle serviced here unless you want them putting crazy amounts of mileage on your vehicle. More
