Bought a new car in May. When there's nothing on the lot, I settled for one they brought up from KC area. Four days later, I find out they had added almost $5,000 worth of services I was never asked about nor did I want. Took almost 2 months before I got that money all back. And not so much as an apology! If you do buy from here, don't sign anything they hand you without reading it in full. I signed stuff without reading.....yes, that's on me. But things shouldn't be added without asking the customer if they want it! More
