Worst experience ever. The salesperson I dealt with, Rebecca Moppin was just horrible. She showed me cars that I told her I was not interested in. She was on her phone the whole time texting. This visit was the 1st time in almost 5 years I felt like a customer rather than a bother, it went the way it was supposed to, pleasant, no arguing about replacing a warranty part, which was originally broug a customer rather than a bother, it went the way it was supposed to, pleasant, no arguing about replacing a warranty part, which was originally brought up about 2 years before, this visit when they did my scheduled oil change they pointed out and replaced at no cost an axle seal with a very minor leak under warranty, I wish I knew Steve at Service desk, last name he was awesome the entire visit, real customer service. Until this visit I vowed to never by another Honda and never any vehicle from this dealership. This last visit may have changed that notion. More
