Before I went to the dealer I did a lot of online research. I knew what the options were before we physically looked at cars. We decided to see what the choices looked like. The introduction to Nate research. I knew what the options were before we physically looked at cars. We decided to see what the choices looked like. The introduction to Nate was a bit off handed and he stopped what he was doing to answer my questions. I was impressed from the introduction. From previous experiences I hated the persona most car salesmen presented; pushy, seeking personal information, and wanting to lead the choice process. Nate was not like this. He gave me information and answered questions. We went home with information to think. I went back the next morning. Nate spent most of the morning letting me direct the process. He described himself as a consultant, and he truly was. I drove a couple of cars, compared styles, and got answers to every question I asked. The loan process was smooth and again, I was presented information with no pressure. My 2013 Accord fits my personality and has all the whistles and bells, I have always wanted. I never would have guessed that I would like a sun roof! This is my 4th Honda. When I start looking for number 5, I will be looking up Nate to help me find just the right one for me. More

I was the fish. Josh was had the bait I couldn't resist which in my case was an awesome price. I live in Olathe, KS but cheerfully left all the dealers behind in Johnson County and KCMO who could n resist which in my case was an awesome price. Driving approximately 160 round trip proved worth it! Josh was friendly, persistent but not overly so, and persuasive. He answered all my questions forthrightly. He is very knowable of the new technology. Teaching me all the new tricks this car can do he was PATIENT, kind and understanding. He took the time to sync my phone with the car even adding contacts.
