One would expect since they require you to make an appointment for oil changes, waits would not be excessive. I know when I take my Lexus and have the same services performed, I am in and out in under an hour with a car wash. I won't be returning . More

Not sure I received the 21 point inspection. Did not receive any documentation. I asked for 2 things to be checked out. Neither was performed. Very helpful. Needed 3 parts for older BMW. They suggested getting parts from another source and bringing the car back to have them installed. Ordered parts and was back exactly one week later and t suggested getting parts from another source and bringing the car back to have them installed.
