Took my car in for an early morning state inspection I like to get in early and on my way ASAP. My appointment was for 7:30. It was cold and I got there before the office opened. The work was thorough precise and detailed. I have never experienced a service dept so professional and timely! Once you deal here you won't consider any other service department. recertified used car well this is a worst dealer in my life to deal on year of 2010 I came to buy a recertified lexus rx350 at this dealer as saleman guarantied that the well this is a worst dealer in my life to deal on year of 2010 I came to buy a recertified lexus rx350 at this dealer as saleman guarantied that the car had no accident involved before but one year later my car turn out as a nightmare first the car paint was losing smooth finish then it paint color was fade day by day then it was began chipped off on both mirror and front bumper I took it back to dealer 7 times but this dealer denied all the thing to my car and no answer for me why was a certified used car happened this way and told me that if I want to re paint I have to pay out of my pocket for and they insisted that car had not been re paint or was in accident before I took my car to a auto body shop and as they told me that my car had been repaired on all over body and there might be as a wreckage before I bought later I did not why rohrich lexus was agreed to re paint my car for no cost and even gave a free car rental... I will never buy any car from this dealer again and recommend people if want to buy should ask for a car report to use as a proof in case you need it later as my incident More

I am writing this review because I felt compelled to share my exper My name is Ethan Nicholas and I am from Pittsburgh, PA. I have a 2014 Lexus iS350. I am writing this review because I felt compelled to share my experience with anyone that is willing to read it. I don’t write reviews often, but this experience is noteworthy enough to share. I met the manager of Rohrich Lexus, Carlos Echevarria, in early summer of 2013. He was so helpful, friendly, and courteous that he has since then become a good friend and a person in the Pittsburgh community that I have come to respect. I’ll be a Rohrich customer FOREVER and we can chalk it up to the SUPERIOR service they have at Rohrich. Let me elaborate. First of all, the customer service is unreal. I remember when I came to see Carlos about the different models available in August of 2013. I was surprised that he, the GM of the dealership, was so available and willing to answer all of my questions. He was not rushed despite his other tasks at hand. Normally at a dealership my experience has always been that the GM is too busy to be disturbed. Upon arrival, they took my other car, and washed it while I was with Carlos. They even vacuumed the inside. I wasn’t expecting that. I took one of the iS250 models out for a test spin and the salesman was extremely knowledgeable about the car. I returned a week or so later and purchased the car. I found that I was given an upgrade to tier-1 financing and my wait time was way less than I anticipated. Because my car wasn’t available they had to ship it from a different city, they informed me it may take a couple weeks to arrive. That was true and I was not even charged a transport fee! Since then I have witnessed Carlos in action through his church and with several non-profits that he serves. In fact, fun story, I showed up to a charity 5K race one morning with my good friend Bob Lafon around 7AM (on a Saturday mind you) and wouldn’t you know – Carlos was there with his wife helping to organize the race. It was Living in Liberty, a non for profit organization that is trying to end human trafficking and aid local victims. How does a guy that already works 80 hours a week find time to volunteer that early on a Saturday? When the race was over I learned Carlos went into work a 12 hour day. Furthermore, I was dropping clothes off at another non-profit organization called “Repurposed” on the other side of town - right around the time it was being opened. Repurposed is like a Salvation Army store to raise money for charity. They were not open yet, but through the window as I carried bags of clothes past the storefront, I saw Carlos Echevarria on his hands and knees painting the counter of the new location. This was at 8:00PM or so on a weekday. He let me in and accepted the clothes on behalf of the store. Those are only TWO of the instances I can think of at the moment and they happened by chance in passing. The thing about Rohrich Lexus isn’t just the customer service, it’s the people they have that work there. Upstanding, fair, forthright, and good people. I had no idea that when they mention “You are part of the Rohrich family” when you buy a Lexus, that they really mean it. In the meantime I have had my car serviced, and it runs like a dream. They delivered on everything that was promised and I am proud to be a loyal customer! More
