She has great attention to detail and while she is new to the industry, she was able to answer all of my questions, either on her own or by asking the General Manager Pete Yeo. The dealership did not have the exact car I was looking for but Pete was able to find me the perfect car and got it to the dealership overnight! He was also hands on and I felt that my business was important to both of them. The receptionist Debbie was friendly and the young men who made sure my car was filled with gas and detailed also took time to explain a few things to me about the programming of the system. All in all, I highly recommend Rohrich Lexus on Liberty Avenue. Mandy and Pete will make sure you are taken care of! More

My first long distance car buying experience I bought a used car--sight unseen--from George T. The advertised price was honored without haggling and without adding on additional charges. The car arrived in excellent condition just as Rohrich described it. The entire transaction was smooth (including the finances and paperwork thanks to Zac) except for a slight glitch with the auto transport pick-up. I was financially penalized by the trucking company, but Pete Y. stepped up and reimbursed me. All and all the Rohrich staff demonstrated integrity and the entire transaction was characterized by mutual respect. More
Worst Decision I ever made I am a small business owner and in early 2016, I thought switching to a "higher-end" car would be appropriate for image when working with clients. I s I am a small business owner and in early 2016, I thought switching to a "higher-end" car would be appropriate for image when working with clients. I spent a lot of time researching cars and found Lexus had what I wanted in terms of car needs. -- However, upon going to Rohrich Lexus, I should have trusted my gut feeling and never signed any deals. The salesman I dealt with was not knowledgable. He didn't speak up enough for me to hear him. (I'm in my 30s with perfect hearing and I couldn't hear what he was saying to me). He felt really unsure of himself and didn't present the vehicle at all. Never explained anything. Nothing. For some reason (severe case of stupidity) I decide I still want the car and work with a manager on working out the details. Only to find out the manager may not have really been the manager. He didn't have a business card. He crossed out another guy's name and phone number on the card to give me his information and he really didn't seem to know what he was doing. Long story short. A lot of things went wrong. Misrepresented information. No information. The fact that they let me drive off of the lot WITH NO INSURANCE. Unbelievable. The car: no frills, nothing they said it had. Also, I had to set up all of my own stuff, even though they told me they already did it for me (Bluetooth, Sirius radio, Lexus version of Onstar, etc). I was told they would OVERNIGHT the paperwork for the added Ultra Care Insurance I purchased. They never did. It was a month later when I finally received it and had emailed and called numerous times complaining. -- This is the best part. I was told that no matter what, come in at 6 months for an oil change and vehicle check up. So I do. I sit there for 2 hours. Yes, 2 hours. For them to wash my car and tell me that I don't need to be there until 10,000 miles. I told them I put on less than 6000 miles a year and was told by sales that I should be there every 6 months. Service told me, "no, there is a disconnect between sales and service, nothing until 10,000 miles.... ". -- as a small business owner, I am extremely busy. I don't have time for 2 hours of wasted time, plus travel. My level of tolerance was at an all time low. This place is ridiculous. So, I spent the last 7 months trying to get rid of the car and I finally did TODAY (YES!!!!). And I did so With a respectable dealership and a great car at Mitsubishi. No Lexus, you're cars aren't great. Mitsubishi offers everything you do, plus more and at half the price. Oh and they have amazing customer service. . More
