They can't fix it and they don't care. I have been a Lexus owner since 1999, a total of 7 ES vehicles. I will not buy another one. Read less May 17, 2024Previous review I have been a Lexus ES owner since 1999 - 6 cars. No complaints until now. Here is the summary of my car's problem: at 6000 service I notified service department of a vibration. Service balanced tire at 8000 miles the tires were rebalanced due to vibration at 14,202 miles Lexus suggested 4 new tires and alignment - I declined. This is a new car that had multiple complaints and I did not feel it was my responsibility to pay. Lexus should have done alignment the first time I brought it in - before tires needed replaced at 15,206 miles 4 tires replaced and alignment done. I had to pay $862.36 at 17,000 miles - vibration still exists and Lexus cannot fix it More
Very disappointing experience with Catherine, Raj and zack. Emails were ignored and people didn't call back when they promised they would. I recently had a problem with my leased UX Hybrid 2023 (something to do with my navigation system). I initially contacted Toyota and hated their customer service. They were giving me $250.00 to be spent o (something to do with my navigation system). I initially contacted Toyota and hated their customer service. They were giving me $250.00 to be spent on repairs only, for a car under warranty with around 1500 miles. Not only that, they refused to do anything about my problem. I then turned to Rohrich Lexus and had a wonderful experience with them. It took some time for them to solve the problem but they kept me abreast with what was going on. Although, the Service Department was not helpful, Shawn, the sales person, and the general manger, Jason Xenack were excellent. They contacted the Service Department (especially Jason) and returned our calls, always letting us know that the problem would be solved one way or the other. They even compensated us for the long time it took in repairing our problem which according to Toyota was not repairable. Thank you Shawn and Jason. People like you, makes it worthwhile dealing with your company. Please disregard the optional information below. I dropped my car off for the free oil change you receive when you purchase a car at Lexus. I specifically wrote on the drop off envelope the instructions for the vehicle. It said please when finished place key under floor mat and lock keys inside as I will not be able to make it back until after closing. I received a call at 11 telling me my car wouldn't pass state inspection because of my windshield. I told the man my car wasn't in there for inspection it was in there for the free oil change. He then proceeded to ask me when i was going to pick my car up because they close at 5. I asked him if he read the drop off envelope? He said yes. I explained if he read it he would know when I was picking up as I wrote detailed instructions on it and explained i wasn't coming until after 5. He again asked me when I will get my keys. This man I believe his name was Guy…. Thats what the paperwork says, Obviously has no care for customers as It wasn't even important enough for him to read what the customer wanted on the drop off envelope. So because he was mad at me he chose to “teach” me a lesson and have my car keys placed on my windshield for anyone on west liberty to not only steal my car but have all of my info so they could go to my house and get in my house as well! I work in a shop and thats an automatic termination! You don't put someones car keys outside of there vehicle! He was mad because i called him out on lying about reading the envelope twice and probably didn't want to do any free services because he's not getting any commission on them! Im fuming and will be up to see the manager this week! Does Lexus leave the keys to their building outside for anyone to just walk in and take what they want? I don't think so. Why leave a customers keys outside of their vehicle? Just carelessness, no respect for their customer and just plain ignorant and unprofessional! More
PURCHASED A 'CERTIFIED' 2017 LEXUS IS300 F-SPORT IN AUG 2021. HAD A BAD FEELING FROM THE START, THE SALES REP, CHRIS FOX, WHO THREW A LOUSY SALES PITCH, TRIED WAY TOO HARD. WHEN I PICKED UP THE VEHICLE, 2021. HAD A BAD FEELING FROM THE START, THE SALES REP, CHRIS FOX, WHO THREW A LOUSY SALES PITCH, TRIED WAY TOO HARD. WHEN I PICKED UP THE VEHICLE, THEY DID NOT BUFF OUT ALL SCRATCHES (VERBALLY PROMISED), WHICH WERE MINOR BUT THEY HAD THE CAR IN BODY SHOP FOR OVER A WEEK. CHRIS DID NOT WANT TO TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING. FINANCE DEPT/SALES MGR - DEREK RICHARDSON & PAUL SKROK SHORT PAID THE REMAINDER OF THE LOAN, B/C THEY TOOK WEEKS TO SEND PAYMENT TO PRIOR CREDIT UNION. SKROK TRIED TO PLAY HARD BALL W/ TRADE VALUE NEGOTATION. RICHARDSON FAILED TO PROVIDE WITH PINK SLIP REGISTRATION TO SHOW PROOF OF OWNERSHIP. OVERALL POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE GENERAL MANGER, XENAKES - REFUSED TO TAKE CALLS. WHEN I SPOKE TO THEIR CAR TITLE DEPT, THE WOMAN WAS RUDE AND BLAMED PROBLEMS ON THE STATE, CONTACTED PA DMV AND ROHRICH HAD ERRONEOUSY LISTED THE LEXUS CAR AS A TRUCK & JUNK TITLE. SHE THEN BLAMED ME FOR HER MISTAKE, FOR ME TRYING TO SELL A CAR, WHICH I OWN B/C SHE FAILED TO TIMELY SEND THE PAPERWORK TO THE STATE. THE ONLY PERSON I HAD A POSITIVE EXP W/ WAS KEENAN DELIEN, SALES, AFTER CHRIS DROPPED THE BALL. KEENAN MET ME AT A LOCATION HALFWAY TO PERSONALLY HAND THE PINK SHEET REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION OF EXTENDED COVERAGE. IF THE GM HAD TAKEN MY CALL THIS MAY HAVE BEEN A BETTER EXPERIENCE. Bought a Certified Preowned Lexus UX 250H on May 22nd, 2021. This is my 3rd Lexus Buying Experience from Rohrich Lexus, Pittsburgh. Derek in Finance Department totally ruined my Wow!! Lexus Purchase Expe 2021. This is my 3rd Lexus Buying Experience from Rohrich Lexus, Pittsburgh. Derek in Finance Department totally ruined my Wow!! Lexus Purchase Experience. He has absolutely no knowledge of what the xxxx he is doing. I had my Pre Approval Letter from BOA dated 05/18/2021. Derek screwed up the process. Did not send the Paper works to BOA on time. So the approval expired after one month in June 2021. I spoke with Derek in Finance Department numerous times from July to August 2021. Derek kept telling lies. Finally on August 30th 2021 I got a call from the Manager Paul stating that my Approval has expired and I have to obtain another Approval Letter for Financing the car from BOA. I had no other choice. I had to obtain a second Prior Authorization. In the interim I paid 3 installments to Rohrich Lexus. It took another one month to straighten those Payments. I spent countless hours to get the things right. I WISH ROHRICH LEXUS WILL HIRE AN EXPERIENCED PERSON IN THEIR FINANCE DEPARTMENT. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM ROHRICH LEXUS NOR I WILL RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY CARS FROM THERE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. THERE IS NO ONE TO ANSWER YOUR CALLS. YOU HAVE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE AND WAIT FOR EVER TO HEAR FROM THEM. MY PREVIOUS TWO LEXUS BUYING EXPERIENCES WERE REALLY WOW!! EXPERIENCE. BUT THIS TIME MY EXPERIENCE WAS JUST OPPOSITE. The service department is terrible! They won't answer the phone and when they do they immediately put you on hold. It's super stressful to even schedule an appointment.
