Very disappointed with the Service center at Rogers Toyota. When I went in to get my oil changed and tires rotated all systems were working perfectly. Upon Starting up my car to leave their lot, I not Toyota. When I went in to get my oil changed and tires rotated all systems were working perfectly. Upon Starting up my car to leave their lot, I noticed that the The tire pressure warning light was on. They checked all tires’ pressure, which were fine. The sensor in the right front tire was damaged during tire rotation. Rogers Toyota refused to repair it at no cost. Very disappointed. We will neither have our vehicles serviced there nor purchase a vehicle there again More
This past week I had my Avalon serviced at Roger's Motors. It has been a great car and had reached 99,700 miles. I have always appreciated the nice service extended to me whenever I have had my car Motors. It has been a great car and had reached 99,700 miles. I have always appreciated the nice service extended to me whenever I have had my car serviced. If the car needed more than the routine oil change, it was explained to me in detail as to what should be done. Even the time that I would have to wait was given to me and was always correct. I really appreciate Justin Williams (service advisor) and feel like he treats me as a friend and to me that is a great feeling. Thank-You, Roger's Motors! More

Yesterday, I called Toyota and spoke with Blake. Asked him if I could bring my car in for an oil change since my monitor said that I needed that service soon. He stated that he could not give me a Asked him if I could bring my car in for an oil change since my monitor said that I needed that service soon. He stated that he could not give me an appointment, but that I could bring my car in and they would look at it and work it into the schedule. Blake mentioned that it was almost time for a service check, and told me what that check would entail besides the oil change. I decided to go ahead. Blake warned me that it would be a couple hours due to the lunch break for the technicians. I told him that was fine, and proceeded to get a cup of coffee, and a cookie. A couple hours later the car was done, had been inspected, and all was set to go. I have never been disappointed in Rogers' Toyota, nor with any of their products. Over my lifetime, I believe this to be Toyota 11 or 12. More
While my 2012 Highlander was being serviced I was looking at other Highlanders on the lot and Bill asked if he could help me and I ended up buying a 2022 Highlander. Bill was very pleasant, helpful and knowl at other Highlanders on the lot and Bill asked if he could help me and I ended up buying a 2022 Highlander. Bill was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable regarding the vehicle. Sam, the business manager, was very pleasant and had patience with me doing the paperwork. It was a very good experience! I recommend Roger's Toyota. More
We leased two cars and did both of them in Rogers Toyota of Lewiston and working with Issac Wilkerson. Our first car was a Corolla, SE and we got a C-HR, XLE today (5/20/2020). To lease the car, I needed to check a couple of models and trims based on our budget. I am happy working with Issac. What I like most about working with him are as follows. i) Courtesy: he always did discussion/negotiation with utmost courtesy, ii) Transparency: for example, he gave me quotes in writing format whenever I asked for, without any hidden conditions/tricks, iii) Responsive and having solutions: he was always ready to respond to my questions and offering helpful solutions to let the process move forward. Rip off We took our old Toyota pickup in for an oil change. As with every time we've taken it in, they seem to find at least $500 worth of "repairs". We didn' We took our old Toyota pickup in for an oil change. As with every time we've taken it in, they seem to find at least $500 worth of "repairs". We didn't take them up on it this time. We drove away after the oil change, only to find out the oil reservoir had been overfilled by more than 1/2 quart, the dipstick either had not been replaced all the way or had blown out with the foaming oil, and a piece of tubing was sitting on top of the engine. We don't know if they removed it and something won't work now. We also asked about an estimate to repair the a/c on our other vehicle. $120 for an estimate!! We are done with this group and will never be back. More
We had an excellent experience here. Both guys we worked with were courteous, respectful & knew their product. Negotiations were easy & we can live with the pricing we got. Just be aware that they put their best salesman in the financial office, while extremely nice he is there to maximize their profit. Lee Frazier is a fair, professional manager. This business knows how to do customer service. More
