My parents were pulling their 5th wheel across country to Arizona for the winter. They stopped overnight to sleep in Midland, Texas and woke up to their 2011 Diesel F250 not starting. They had it towed ther Arizona for the winter. They stopped overnight to sleep in Midland, Texas and woke up to their 2011 Diesel F250 not starting. They had it towed there on a Wednesday and on Friday my Father had to walk to the dealership to ask them what was the hold up on taking a look at the truck. My Father got the run around and was told it might be a week and half to get it fixed IF they could get parts for a 2011 F250. They showed absolutely no empathy for my parents and didn't care they were stranded. Needless to say my parents found a different place to take the truck to with in the Midland area. More
