He was beyond exceptional!! He made sure that I got what I wanted (Pearl White Malibu) and not what the company thought I should have. He didn't give up until he knew I was satisfied. Service Department is awful The service writers at this dealership are very inexperienced. They will sell for $$$, but will not address the real problem correctly. I had a very similar experience as FrustratedinMS. The salesperson and salesmanager were both very rude and not willing to work with us on our trade-in or new car purchase. They tried to add on some "special" fees on our purchase price and when we questioned what the fees were, they seemed to get angry about having to explain them to us. We ended up leaving very frustrated and went to another dealership. At the other dealership, we saved $1,000 on our purchase of a new vehicle compared to what we would have paid at RD. Bottom line, you will get the run around, rude personalities, and will pay more at RD. More
They try to attempt to get you to pay much more than the retail listing on the vehicle, compared to the site for the make of the car. They also do not give you fair trade in value for your old car. All around the customer is made to jump through hoops. Wait for inordinate lengths of time and pretty much you just get frustrated and go somewhere else. I am sure if I had dealt with the person I wanted to then I do not believe I would have been as frustrated. More
