Poor communication. What was supposed to be an oil change and recall was a multi day ordeal. Could not get in contact with service advisor. Everyone is very friendly and kind, but It takes way too long for a simple oil change. Appointments are not available and each time it takes 2-3 hours as it was explained to us that you have the Express Lan long for a simple oil change. Appointments are not available and each time it takes 2-3 hours as it was explained to us that you have the Express Lane.... Would love to continue to have dealer provided oil changes, but its hard to compete with local shops that have you in and out in less than 1 hour. The only reason we have the oil change there now is because the first three came with the truck, but we wont return (unless its for warranty work) as we dont have the time to waste. Also while you sit there you see lots of techs in and out of the office - even overheard one say he wasnt in the mood to work today and he was moving quite slow. Pretty frustrating when its on our time that is wasting. More

Time to replace my Longhorn dually with a new one. Not from here. Reason, recent service experience was beyond bad. Tires needed rotated. Received a call stating pressure sensor is defective. Was Not from here. Reason, recent service experience was beyond bad. Tires needed rotated. Received a call stating pressure sensor is defective. Was fine when I dropped it off, I monitor it each drive. They ‘absorbed’ the cost. Found tires had a problem (purchased from Ram) and they were to work with Ram on warranty. Left it for that purpose. Days pass and no update. Picked it up and am assured they are working with Ram. Got home and wheel cover is missing. That’s gonna cost me as it obviously wasn’t put on correctly. Six weeks later, never received a call, text or any update on tire. Entire ordeal I was made to feel like having them provide service was a bother. No thanks, I’m done with this group. More
