I'm only replying with a review in the hopes of it helping with quality control at RW. The last 3 times I've visited for service has been somewhat disappointing. I feel I've been a committed customer helping with quality control at RW. The last 3 times I've visited for service has been somewhat disappointing. I feel I've been a committed customer since utilizing the service dept. with my previous Jeep Wrangler, then trading that in for my current Jeep Grand Cherokee, and having all of my services performed here. Again, only after my last 3 visits have I felt disappointed & a previous visit to purchase a complete set of tires: Lack of empathy, understanding how to explain timelines to customers, & overall friendliness has seemed to have declined. My latest experience took 2 weeks to complete and during that time, communication was either lacking or delayed. I took the time to notify the service dept. manager of this, and did indeed call back, which was appreciated. More

I talked to Kyle on a Tuesday about repairs to my car. He said it doesn't take long to repair and car will be ready same day. I told I can't come same day but will come next day (Wednesday) to pick it up. He said it doesn't take long to repair and car will be ready same day. I am informed they haven't even started repairs on my car yet. They get a nice shuttle driver to take me home. The next morning the shuttle driver kindly picks me up at 8:20am and drives me back to the dealership. This time my car is ready. Repairs are fine. I'm am frustrated being told my car would be ready for pick up but it obviously wasn't and no one called me to tell me not to come. More
