Over 2 hours for an oil change. (Just an oil change) Service broke the hood loop on the jeeps hood. I'm assuming because instead of using the hood prop, they leaned the hood all (Just an oil change) Service broke the hood loop on the jeeps hood. I'm assuming because instead of using the hood prop, they leaned the hood all the way back to the windshield. I had to order a replacement. There was oil on the fender flares Didn't tell me my air filter was needing to be replaced. I just checked when I got home and bought one Didn't let me know my coolant was low. After checking when I got home I made an appointment with another dealership. Also my Jeep is a 6 cylinder and this oil change was $20 higher than a V8 half ton oil change I had done at the same dealership on 9/5/2024 More

Had truck for over 3 weeks because of a wiring/sensor issue from Ram and the engineers couldn’t figure it out. Wouldn’t offer a loaner. Told US to call Ram about buying truck back (you’re too lazy). Asked for a trade in value to buy a new 2024 Ram 3500 dually. Never got one. Called a salesman twice to get prices on a brand new dually. Never got one. Finally our truck was completed, came to pick up truck and our service tech that had talked to us multiple times and heard my name& stood a food from me, walked right by and couldn’t even acknowledge me (Juan I think). Called Bill Fick Ford & had a brand new ford delivered to my house in 12 hours and said “We only have 12 loaner trucks right now but you won’t ever be without a truck if you breakdown.” And we watch it everyday with him taking care of all the rodeo people on the road, taking care of everyone. For a customer who has drove Rams for years and my in-laws have bought tons of duallys from y’all… you just lost a person who rodeos and goes through new trucks every other year to Bill Fick because he has the customer service. I hate ford & here I am trading our Ram in to buy another ford. We just bought 2 brand new fords in 2 weeks because of your service. More

I do not appreciate whoever changed my oil to have spilt it and not cleaned it up on my engine. 24 hours after I got home I had five oil drops on my driveway.
